Information to obtain contract documents for the City of Raton Waterline and Street Improvements Project
This project is funded in whole or in part by a grant from the State of New Mexico Small Cities' Community Development Block Grant Program and is subject to requirements of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and the funding agency.
Bidding Documents may be obtained at the offce of Albuquerque Reprographics, Inc., 4716 McLeod Rd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109 (505) 884-0862 upon payment of $150.00 for each complete set. Checks should be made payable to Bohannan Huston Inc. Incomplete sets will not be issued. The successful Bidder will receive refund of his deposit, and any unseccessful Bidder who returns the Bidding Documents in good and complete condition within 15 days of the Bid Opening will also receive refund of this deposit. No deposits will be returned after the 15 day period.
A mandatory prebid conference will be held on March 9, 2010 at 1:30 pm at Raton City Hall, 224 Savage Avenue.
Sealed Bids will be publicly opened after the bid deadline of 1:30 p.m. on March 24, 2010, at Raton City Hall.
